Pale gold colour, a delicious citrus nose. On the palate citrus, pineapple and white flowers, vanilla and delicately toasted notes. Rich and creamy.

The vineyards are located north of the Roussillon plain, between Corbieres, the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, from hillsides and terraces of red earth, black marl and gravelly soil. This climate provides a splendid array of terroirs enabling a rich showcase of the diversity of grapes that the Roussillon region has to offer.

Alcoholic fermentation and maturing in barrels. A rounded wine with a sweet and attack. This chardonnay offers tropical fruits and grapefruit aromas with elegant toasted vanilla notes.
