From grapes selected from the vines of Chianti Classico. They are dried out then squeezed and left to ferment in small particular wooden containers in a closed environment with little oxygen. After fermentation takes place the wine is left for several years, not less than three, and only after that it can be consumed.

Made from Malvasia Toscano, 60% Trebbiano and Canaiolo. Deep yellow colour, intese perfume nutty raisin notes with a creamy and fresh finish.
